Guidance provides peace of mind

When I first started using Turbo Tax, many years ago, I was self-employed and needed a lot of guidance which the software provided. Today, I am retired and my return is much simpler, but it is comforting to have the guidance when I need it.

This version very cumbersome

This year's TurboTax is very cumbersome and confusing. Many additional questions to answer and much more difficult to navigate through, I have used TurboTax for 20 years and this version is the absolute worst.

turbo tax is good for everyone

turbo tax is easy to work with. Only one thing I was not satisfied with was the at the end of the after I finished the return turbo tax wanted me to register for Audit demand which I didn't want to do.

The program seemed a little more complicated this year. It was easier to understand in years past. Still was able to figure it out, though.
