Using TurboTax to file for state tax return.

When trying to pay for state return filling fees, the interface does not work well. I will file paper copies instead. That was very disappointing.

I was charged 25, plus 40 to file my taxes. I bought the cd for it and thought I had 5 free tax returns and 1 state return. I get it every year and never had to pay, so why was I charged this time. I am afraid it might be scam or something bad.

Bought Deluxe including state -STILL GOT CHARGED

Use TurboTax since E-file started, bought Deluxe because I needed to file state tax and STILL GOT CHARGED. DONE. Never use Turdo Tax again.

Nickel and Diming the Consumer

You pay for the program. You then work on your own filing. Then, when you go to e-file, they nickel and dime you into a processing fee. Make the program free, if you are going to force me to pay for doing my own work.

This year 2025 filing. This is the worst turbo tax I have ever used. Got a problem. Follow these helpful tips. Good luck. Just try to follow the tips that lead to a loop with no way to find the recommend options. The options ARE NOT TO BE FOUND. DID YOU MISS SOMETHING?? WE'RE HERE TO HELP WITH SUGGESTIONS THAT LEAD NO WHERE. GOOD LUCK NEVER HAD THESE DEAD ENDS IN THE PAST.
