I had two issues with Turbo Tax. 1. When editing retirement income, the boxes to select editing or deleting are hidden in the row. One must know that those boxes exist and hover the mouse over the "hidden" boxes and hopefully select the correct box (edit or delete). 2. In entering gambling income, the forms indicate that if the state information is blank (e.g. Washington), don't enter a state identifier. However smart check insists that this is an error.

Turbo tax had more issues this year..

Overall, I like Turbotax for its general ease of use.
This year though I had many system issues....the 2024 file would not transfer over. The online support was limited and difficult to use and I found better help by googling my questions
I also need the ability to easily zoom in on the text to make it more easily read

Software didn't Require an IRS Required Field

TurboTax Premier allowed me to transmit a federal return electronically without requiring me to enter an IP PIN. It required me to enter our five digit e-filing numbers, but not our six digit IRS IP PINS. Change the code.

I found it very difficult going through the various elements of WHERE to make new updates entries. saying EDIT and then providing no place to click to EDIT had to search, It was not like this in the past.

Why I use Turbo Tax every year.

I have used Turbo Tax for years and each year the application walks me though the process in a systematic way which allows me to compartmentalize my documents in a more organized manner. Turbo Tax takes the computational process and effectively populates all the necessary forms and tables which enormously simplifies my tax preparation.

I have been a user of TurboTax for over 30 years now. I am not sure I would use another program. Your experts evidently know how to prepare these programs. I have not been dissatisfied with the program.
