Huge problem getting into the program and getting it started. Left the program for a while, and everything was gone, when I returned.

Turbo Tax going backwards

Seem like Turbo Tax is slowly going backwards for explaining what is wanted for some lines on the tax forms. I opened one tab to gain some info or background to better understand what was wanted. It came up totally blank. Use to give Turbo Tax 5 stars but the past couple of years it has been losing my confidence.

Told me I had an error in State return and needed to correct city location on Fed Info worksheet which I did. AI help feature was nooooo help.
