Online Process Limitations

Started return using online option but abandoned online option half way through process. Online process did not provide necessary visibility and flexibility.

This is my 5th year using Turbotax and there are a few serious flaws. It never prompts you to enter your IRS ID me PIN? you have to go digging to enter it,

I have been using TurboTax for at least 18 years and it has been easy to use and I have never had any issues with the Federal or State returns

Turbo tax is usually pretty good. However this year it was hard to understand some of the directions & help . It seems that you are vague because you want us to pay for information. I find this irritating since I am already paying enough for the program by its self.
