Turbotax is easy to use!

I have used Turbotax for years, and have found the software program makes tax return preparation easy and clearly understood. If needed, tax experts are on duty to help you with any aspect of your return, and there is a live chat function that can help as well. I love it!

Color Blind?

While the app is very complete, it was difficult for me (color blind) to view. Can you make an option to change the color scheme?

Love using Turbo Tax

I've used Turbo Tax for many years and have very few issues. The one specific thing I did not appreciate was that you no longer offered the CD option. It's not difficult downloading the file but is a little more time consuming loading it. I have not used a live agent. My tax returns are very straightforward.

Love TurboTax. I have used it for years. It is easy and walks you through each step. When you use the product year-after-year, it populates information and compares from previous year of filing. The product will alert to errors and determine your risk. Love the ability to download from financial institutions, so you can rest assured that the information is accurate. It removes the stress of completing taxes and makes the process much easier.
