Turbo Tax needs better programmers!

I was SUPER disappointed this year. The software was difficult, lacked support, and was frustrating. I would click on a button and the software would just sit there. I'd click it again and again...finally it would do something. How hard is it to grey out the button after I click it so I know it worked? Then, when I went to submit my state return, I get an "ERROR 2" with no support. When you click on the 'what does this mean', you get a BS answer that it's my connection. Really? Then why did my federal go through. Why can I get status back in the software on my federal? It's just LAZY PROGRAMMING to not give an appropriate answer!

Year after year Turbo Tax does the trick!

This is the latest of multiple years that I have been using Turbo Tax. I like the Audit meter and the ease of completing an annual task. I like the fact that I can have a record of each years forms.

No place to type brief request

Turbo tax quite working when trying to process st

program stopped working after federal return efiled. State was review as correct but I could not print it out. Tried to pay you for efiling state (total of $15.00). Could not process payment. So I can't file state return.
