Lacks the ability to do what it says

not so easy to save Tax forms to your computer. If it shows at the end it will show you how to save then do it and not lead a person to select continue and it says clearly "QUIT TURBO TAX". Too stupid for me

I'm have been using TurboTax for years. I'm very satisfied with it. Seems very user friendly. I feel safe not having a preparer do it for me because of data breeches. Two people I know suspects a preparer used their personal info to file their taxes. Love pins.

Good tax preparation software but upgrade requests

Worked with additional difficultly since I had not used it for the past 5 years.
The continued upgrades and chargeable options are a real turn-off and makes it difficult to recommend to my children.
