Intuit pays no attention to user needs

I have used turbo tax for many years and it works very well. But I use the windows deluxe version and Intuit is doing an outstanding job of hiding the link for the download on their website. I have complained repeatedly about this issue but the issue remains. It would seem so simple to have a very visible link shown on the intuit screen for the download.

8 out of 10 this year problem with RMD calculation

I found a major problem with the RMD questions while filling out the 1099R.
this must be addressed to avoid additional taxes being taken out. currently the only fix is to go into the form and enter the amounts for required and what was actually already distributed.

Turbo Tax is above all other tax filing systems

I have used Turbo Tax for multiple years (10+ years) and never had an issue. Last year i made a mistake and went with a different tax filing company and was severely disappointed. I tried to save a couple bucks by trying a different product and i paid for it in the end. I will allows be a Turbo Tax customer for now on.
