I'm a loyal Turbo Tax customer, since the first year it came out. Each year it gets better. The interviews are clear and understandable, the layout takes you (virtually) by the hand and guides you through it all. Calculations are complete and accurate. I get my returns done in record time - and there's nothing better than that!

Annoying sales questions

I like Turbo Tax and have used it for over 20 years. But each year there are more and more questions to sell me other products and services especially towards the end of the process. This is very annoying.
