charged $40 tp process even though we bought the prodram and charged $20 to process state return

I ALREADY FILLED THIS OUT TODAY WITH THIS FILING, BUT BEFORE I COULD EVEN EXIT THE PROGRAM, I WAS REDIRECTED TO THIS PAGE. I HATE TURBO TAX. IT IS NOT MY FRIEND
