i was very frustrated with your product this year. i dont feel you have the accuracy and detailed questions you used to in past years. such as 2025 return for hsa references 2024 hsa info reporting. 1099r questions need to be much more detailed and easier to understand so one knows exactly how to answer to get to the right answer. get these states to all allow efile without charging more. thats a bit rediculous and your company could very easily assist in making this happen.

I purchased TurboTax Deluxe Federal & State. Package said federal tax filing and 1st state return are free and now I'm being charged $60? I'm reporting this deceptive advertising to the Missouri Attorney General

Turbo Tax Has Deteriorated

AI may be useful for more basic questions, but when I asked about qualified charitable distributions it seemed to think it had answered my question but it had not. It seemed quite pleased with itself too.
The downloading system is now a mess. When I downloaded data for one item, data downloaded for a different item disappeared. The summary page and the tax form was not keeping up accurately either. After several rounds of this, I ended up going to the forms and overriding the problem items.

I had to start completely over with my federal income taxes since the original process pulled the wrong (income) form instead of the correct (interest) form.

I am sick and tired of your bull crap attempts to upcharge people. I purchased Deluxe with State included and when you tricked me into using online you tried to charge me for the state return I had already purchased. If you don't tone down all the upselling next year it will be my last using TT. Cut the bull crap!
