Double Dipping

I find it upsetting that I have to pay for the processing fee of $40 and I bought the software for almost $50. You do the math....I am paying close to $100 just to file taxes. That sounds like double dipping.

I chose to send me a check. What Turbo tax should have advised me that the IRS no longer sends checks and only Direct Deposit. I have been trying for 2 hours to get a ID.me for both myself and my wife so we can get our refund. This is a major mistake by Turbo Tax!!!.VERY upset over this!!!!

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and I find it very user friendly, informative, and I especially like that i continually reviews my entries for accuracy. This is truly amazing as I am a senior and technologically challenged.

Your software had a big bug with social security income. I was able to fix your error myself by reentering the social security income.

I've been using TurboTax exclusively for more than 25 years. It has always been accurate and my returns have never been questioned by the IRS. I will continue to use it as long as I can download a copy of to my computer.
