Unhappy with changes & did not receive free state

I have used Turbo Tax for years. I was unhappy to see the Charitable items valuer is no longer available.
I also was unhappy not to receive my free tax return. I had to pay to file my SC state return.

After 15 years of falling for this useless software, I keep coming back. 15 years ago I requested that TT at the VERY least define the difference between CSRS and FERS annuity tax payers, that has never happened. This year is no different. And this year this garbage software locked up tighter than frogs outtie while transmitting my files. YES THE LATEST GD UPDATE WAS INSTALLED!!1 garbage software
