I feel secure using TurboTax

I have used Turbotax for many years and feel very confident in using it. This year was easy because of the big standard deductions, but normally I itemize. Turbotax takes me thru all situations, calculates all the figures and puts them where they need to be. One year it even found a situation that applied to me that I had not even been aware of.

The questions are too redundant and confusing.
Some font are humongous and not standardized. One font size to use is good enough.

T/tax is disappointing

It gets more difficult to use program every year plus answers to questions hard to find without paying additional money, Further, I prefer the former program on CD PLUS I CAN'T SUBMIT THIS FORM BECAUSE THE LIIMITED NICKNAME TRIED ARE ALL REJECTED!
