The font needs to be larger both in the main areas while using, and very much larger when using the help and further explanation drop downs. It would be helpful to have an automatic Save File prompt periodically while completing the return, as it can be open for quite a lengthy time. Or at least a prompt to save manually periodically.

Great except for payment service

Program works well, except when trying to pay for state taxes with Intuit, the box for credit card month would not work and I had to find a work around which delayed my filing one day. When I tried to change my state filing from e-file back to mail in, there was no way to do it.

Needs to work to compete with HR Block

I used TurboTax two year now. I am thinking of going back and trying to HR Block again..
Turbotax was not ready before year end so I could not do a Pro-Forma return to determine tax liability. HR Block had better print options. HR block allowed me to go straight to the forms to input data straight in the form when I need to. My only problem with HR Block was 2023 when they had technical problem uploading tax forms from Fidelity.HR
