I have been using Turbo tax for the past 5 years and suffice to say that I have been getting my tax refunds without any issues. The format is very easy to follow. It is easy, concise and reliable.

Paying separate state return cost is a pain

Process is fine but having to pay to file State return at the end is an unnecessary pain. Would rather pay up front plus that is more transparent as to what the real cost is.
