Smooth tax filing, but confusing at ordering

Smooth sailing all the way through. . . until. . .
All was fine until I got to paying for eFiling. Though I kept indicating I wanted to opt out of Audit Defense, all the prompts during the ordering process suggested that I am still going to get it. But in the end, I think I did not get it. I wasted at least an hour trying to figure out how to remove Audit Defense from my order.

Not all items that are the same every year are not proforma forward and when you open again items that were entered are GONE (bank information, 5 digit efile #.)
