Turbo Tax Reliable

There is no direct save to as a PDF you have to search thru and thru for it. In fact I haven't found it yet usually when you are printing the offer so is the pdf but not in this years program. Easy to use no issues on OIS system but there seems to be less and less investors that are allowing auto downloads, that is inconvenient.

I have been using TurboTax for many years. I can’t say I appreciate all the ‘glitzy’ stuff your designers are adding year after year. I also find your ‘help’ features are not really helpful!
