filing was rejected twice for having a non valid IP PIN. I never knew I had one after 20 years of using Turbo Tax. can I talk to someone to get this mess cleaned up? I see no place to ask for assistance

Turbo Tax is hard to correct its errors

Utah State Tax return is blank when I print it.
Utah State Tax return does not properly figure the Social Security Deduction. It uses an incorrect multiplier and omits 2 steps for the final deduction

Missing ItsDeductible - Extra Effort Required

Have used TurboTax for many many many years. Very disappointed this year after they got rid of the It'sDeductible feature. That was important to us and removing it caused much frustration, and much extra work that would not have been required in the past. May not need TT Deluxe in the future if this feature is not included.
