Accuracy Issue

I recently encountered a TurboTax error that resulted in me having to file an amended Massachusetts return for 2022. I am working with your Accuracy Guarantee team to resolve expected errors for 2023 and 2024. I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years ans never had a problem so I was surprised that this happened. But your staff has been very good in working through the issue and ensured me that my interest expense refund is in process and will continue for other years with problems

Guidance is Great, Add-on Experience Not So Much

I appreciate that TurboTax gives insight into the information provided the previous year as it helps me identify the items to focus on as the information I have to enter is pretty consistent from year-to-year. One area I'd like to see improvement is for the add-ons that come at additional cost. It's frustrating to have to go through checkout multiple times. Rather, it'd be nice to combine all of the items I'm interested in purchasing into a single transaction but also provide an itemized receipt as what's available when I click Print today only shows the price and no additional information unless I go to the email that comes later.

Was easy to use once installed. Link to Intuit and afterwards initiate download as if you had the software. Go back to program once you put the id# into the Intuit area. Was awesome once you started using. Also program the cursor to be black!

FIX FORM 6252 AND ADD WA STATE TO DROP DOWN BOXES

FORM 6262 PART 3 LINE 19 NEEDS TO BE UPDATED TO ALLOW FOR CORRECT GROSS PROFIT % LESS THAN 1. I NEEDED TO USE OVERIDE TO PUT IN 0,9664 AS MY PROFIT % BUT THE SOFTWARE DEFAULTS TO 1. THIS MADE THE CALCULATION ON LINE 24 INCORRECT. AND CAUSES MY CAPITAL GAINS TO BE MORE THAN IT SHOULD BE. I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO E-FILE WITH THE OVERIDE FOR CORRECT AMOUNT ON LINE 24. IT DID ALLOW FOR ME TO PUT THE OVERIDE CORRECT AMOUNT ON SCHEDULE D- HOPE IT IS STILL ACCEPTED BY IRS
ALSO SOME FORMS THAT HAD DROP DOWN BOXES FOR THE STATES DID NOT HAVE THE STATE OF WASHINGTON. (WA) ON THEM.

I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe for many years. I find it easy to use and since my circumstances remain the same year after year it is even easier to get this job done.
