A bit troubling Turbo Tax

This particular year 2024 software version is only available via download which I do not care for personally. What problem I had during this 2024 version of Turbo Tax was the constant hanging of the software every once in a while, it would just have a spinning circle while trying to open the next page or while saving data for multiple minutes. It automatically attempted to look for online for info on W2's and 1099 forms instead of giving me the option to just manually typing the info on the form or being given the option to choose manual input. This is another feature I did not care for using, and I had to force the software to accept manual input. It seems like the software is lacking in quality and is a bit intrusive.

This was the first time filing my taxes on my own, Turbo Tax made it easy. I like that I could call and get advice when I wasn't sure about something.

E-filing beats USPS

Very easy to use - covers everything and makes submission safe. Had our mailed return lost in the mail one year so we are big fans of e-filing.

Problematic printing
