Bring Back Its Deductible

Turbo Tax makes filing easy, but eliminating Its Deductible from the desktop version this year is a terrible disservice to loyal users. I will consider using another tax software application next year as a result.

I have Been Using TurboTas for Over 25 Years

Although I have been using TurboTax for over 25 years, this year was the most accravating. Although I realize that the very recent tax changes have caused a lot of the constant updates and recycling back to subjects already covered and the messages about updates, this was the absolute hardest/time consuming ever.

It is easy to use and very accurate. The only issue I had a box would ask to return to the previous subject, which did not make any sense to me.

I have an MAJOR ISSUE with the opening page ALWAYS starting with purchase options, even though I have a membership that automatically charges me in November for the next year's tax package.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOWNLOAD NOT AT ALL WHAT I ENCOUNTERED. HAD TO FIND MY OWN WAY AND GUESS ALOT. BEGINNING A NEW RETURN ON A DIFFERENT DAY AFTER CLOSING TURBO TAX WAS ALSO DIFFICULT TO FIND MY WAY. ALTOGETHER I DON'T THINK I WILL PURCHASE TURBO TAX AGAIN AFTER USING IT FOR MANY YEARS. Allen
