Usable but don't like the new format

Got through it but it took longer than in previous years and I did NOT like the new format, the 2023 format was more user friendly in my opinion. I will be thinking hard about using it next year for the 2025 returns, probably won't use it again if the format is like this year.

I am unhappy with Turbo tax at this time.

It was easy until I went to e-file then Turbo Tax freezes up and I am unable to continue. I have made 5 attempts to e-file and all have failed.

Initial confusion in how to enter data as it seemed as tho that was coming later instead of selecting the entry by selecting the topic box. Otherwise, straightforward.
