Do not like the new format. Go back to previous format.

TURBO TAX IS LOUSY

I HAVE USED THIS PROGRAM FOR 20 YEARS. THIS IS THE WOREST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD. I HAD TO RE-ENTER THIS RETURN TWICE DUE TO GLITCHES HAPPENING WITH SOFT WARE. NOW MY EFILE WON'T WORK SINCE THERE WAS AN UPDATE THAT D

Potential Problems

The download went fine, but when it was time to add last years(2025) return, the product wouldn't add either the regular file or the pdf I had saved on my hard drive. In fact the product locked up. That was very irritating and concerning. Eventually, I did a forced close and upon reopening, it allowed the upload of last years return. Taxes are stressful enough and I have all my necessary forms etc ready to go so it should have been straight forward. After all I was just adding data when it locked up.

Easy To Use 2025 Turbo Tax

The software was very easy to use and gave great instructions on how to complete each section of the return. I believe it to be more detailed than past versions.
