Human Friendly or AI?

Less Human friendly.
I have been using Turbo Tax for about 20 years. For some reason it gets harder and harder to use as its less customer friendly. Sounds like AI has taken over the forms and less human friendly.

A little different this year in the steps Turbo Tax walked me thru the soft ware. Wanted to identify all the forms we would be used. I didn't hare some when I started but worked through it. It worked out very nicely
