Turbo Tax is good but has some issues.

Some of the questions you ask make no sense! Especially minimum distributions for pensions that don't have one. And the federal government did not tell me what method they used to figure out how much is taxable.
And the link to print tax return only still showed ALL sheets but they were too small after print selected to tell which was which. Accuracy was god

Turbo Tax - Easy - Peasy

Using Turbo Tax is easy. They guide you through every step of the way. They breakout down in sections and provide specific explanations where you may need more info. I have used Turbo Tax for 15 years and always had a pleasant experience using the software.

Not that easy to follow instructions or get help--often resorted to internet to check. Apparently could not import most 1099 forms.
