Good this year, more fluid and easier last year

Program was not as fluid as previous years. Moved in and out of 1 step and forms, could not click on blank and obtain any information. I had a couple of boxes checked by the program (incorrectly) and had a hard time finding out why a form was being filled out, and correcting the problem.
