You messed up the Clean Vehicle calculation

You messed up the Clean Vehicle determination on my return! I entered the correct information on my vehicle price, model year, and date of purchase. Turbotax determined that I have a $4000 credit. In fact, the IRS rejected the return because the model year wasn't at least two years earlier than the purchase year. Please fix this so other tax payers don't face this rejection.

I like to use TurboTax.

I have to fool TurboTax to get it to treat my income correctly for the state of Kansas. I tried to work with someone at TurboTax four years ago to program a change and apparently there are not enough people with federal government income to make it worth your while. Hence, the 4 stars instead of 5. I have used TurboTax since 1997 and made my own work around.
