Buggy software

After an online update, the program became unusable due to Error Code 70001. I had to call tech support and the wait time was over 20 minutes, which seemed too long to me.
I did all sorts of trouble shooting, like clearing the cache, rebooting several times, clearing Task manager nad the like. Ultimatley, had to uninstall and re-install the whole program to get it working again. Most annoying. Some online research revealed this has been a know issue for several years now and Intuit has yet to fix it!!!! Shame on them...

I just finished e-filing my state and federal returns. I saw a lot of negative comments online associated with the 2025 product, which made me a little leery of buying it for the 2025 tax year. I ended up buying it and found this software to be just as awesome as it's been over the last three decades I've used it. I'll definitely be using it again for 2026 taxes.

Very easy to use. Turbo is a good choice for someone who has a simple and is not very computer savvy. It also very good for someone with a more complex tax situation.
