Turbo tax helps me complete my taxes quickly and with confidence. It would be helpful if the Expert Advice had a chat option so those with hearing problems could understand what was being said more clearly.

TurboTax has gone downhill

I've been using TurboTax since the 1990's and this year is my last. I prefer to have a physical disc and they no longer provide. This year it would not allow me to upload last years return which was done on this same pc. Then to add insult to injury I had most everything input and when it got to the state potion it locked up for over an hour and I had to force quit and start all over again

Turbotax makes a wrong assumption

Turbotax needs to not assume that my income is linear throughout the year and erroneously conclude that I owe a late payment penalty. This happens every year.
