Filing my returns through Turbo Tax was easy. I highly recommend the step by step process. However, it took a very long time to end the process. Maybe an easier process would be very helpful.

TurboTax is a great product.

I trust the accuracy of the product and the features are easy to understand. The online guides are handy and accessible. It would be especially helpful if it were still available on disc for those who do not have internet access.

It performed well.
It needs to provide more guidance on complicated subjects. Like, selling a home. Responses need to be clear and to the point.
I have used it for 10 years, and it appears to be accurate at all times.

A basic, mediorce product: Avoid

I have used TurboTax for over 30 years. For the past two years, it has gotten worse. It used to import my information from my Quicken and made doing taxes easy. In the past two years, it lost it's interaction ability. I have to do a lot more work. It's a mediorce product at best. If you can, use another, better product.

I use the turbotax edition to do my federal and state taxes. I find it easy to use and ability to get clarification on questions were vey helpful
