Some things changed with the newest version (2024), however I was able to maneuver through it without too much problem. I have used Turbo Tax since 1998 and have never had any major complaints with how well it works for us.

Turbo Tax is a great program

I have used Turbo Tax to file for over 30years. It has always been easy to file, and I love just being able to answer the questions and the software will prepare the proper and required forms to be filed. I have had some years with very complicated situations, but I was able to navigate them easily. I have only had to ask for online help once.

This is the worst version I have used yet

I've used Turbo Tax for many years. This particular version is probably the worst that I have used. It's all over the place without any true direction and then come to find out the forms for the Connecticut addition isn't ready. I really am disgusted with the way this has come about. I don't know what genius came up with it they should be dismissed.

I've been using Turbo Tax for a long time and it eliminates me making stupid math and other errors when i did my returns by hand. I actually look forward to doing my taxes each year.
