I've used Turbotax since it was 'Macintax'.
It is generally reasonable to use, but some of the language needs to be translated from 'Programmer/Accountant' to plain English.

I was able to connect with Marsha for a real person contact and she was outstanding in her ability to assist me. She was so patient and kind and didn't give up on finding an issue I was having difficulty with. To know I could talk to a real person and not the AI help was a real plus for me. Marsha is the best help anyone could ever have.

Fairly easy. One problem: it kept bugging me to file my state form but I live the State of Washington where there's no state income tax.

Easy and fast

Turbotax has been my tax software for many years. It's easy to use because it asks the right questions. I usually pick what I want to enter, since my tax situation hasn't changed much.
The time consuming part is gathering all of my records so I can claim deductions. Once I have the information, I can complete my tax return in less than a day.
