Very easy to use with the software with the step-by-step instructions. Has nice features. Good interface. Compatibility is great with the different versions and years. Very accurate.

Turbotax is still the best!

Turbotax was not as "friendly" this year as in past years, When I needed to return to a previous page, it would send me back to the start of the entire section, rather than revisiting the previous page(s)--it's still a great product!

Guides you through the questions or you can skip to what you know. I hate that it has to update everytime you open the program. I just want to file my returns or look something up from a previous year. Stop wasting my time!

Keep Turbo Tax PC Software

I like the process. I find it to be very thorough. It appears that you want to move everyone to online. I think that is a big mistake. I am sure that many like myself, that feel that filing the return on my computer with software is safer than full return on the internet.
