Difficult to download

I found it very difficult to download the software this year. I prefer the past option of using a CD to load the program onto my computer. The instructions were limited and assumed that I knew how to download the program. Once I figured out how to download the software, the program was just as great as in past years.

Turbo Tax keeps not responding

When I am about done with the taxes and ready to print them out to file or for my records I keep getting a message that Turbo Tax is not responding, at this point I get three choices 1. wait for it to respond, 2. restart, or 3 shut down. I shut Turbo Tax down and restart only to get the same message. I have rebooted by computer, this did not help. How do I resolve this frustrating issue?

Not a very pleasant experience Turbo Tax Deluxe

I could not e-file my NC state return because at the end Turbo Tax said that it had hit a snag and to try again. I retried several times and also restarted my computer to make sure there were no snags. But I got the same message that Turbo Tax had hit a snag. It also said that my payment didn't go through, but it never asked me to enter my credit card info. The experience was very frustrating. I am still unable to file my state tax return. Also, on this same page it asked me to enter personal product information but wouldn't allow me to type anything. I have been using Turbo Tax Deluxe for more than ten years but never have been so frustrated. Time to change to something else?
