This was easy to use. The only negative is the ultimate Refund Processing Fee plus the state fee, when the initial statements are file your taxes for free and you get one state return free.

Additional information on specific forms or processes is general and usually of no help. Trying to contact other users or Turbotax staff is hugely time consuming and usually of little help.
