Not Fully Functional this Year

Although Turbo Tax generally works well, this year (tax year 2025) I found it unacceptable that the procedures for filing Federal Form 5695 were not available until 1/29/2026, 3-4 days after the IRS began accepting returns. During this time I kept receiving emails from Turbo Tax stating that the form was ready to use with step-by-step instructions, but these emails were incorrect. Turbo Tax needs to be fully functional when its customers are ready to use it. The fact that it wasn't ready on time, even though it claimed it was ready, has reduced my confidence level in your software.

Everything was fine until I went to print a copy for my files and couldn't so I resorted to PDF. Not happy about this as I've ALWAYS HAD A PRINTED COPY1

Been using it for many years. It is easy to navigate and has the help that you need. I would recommend making it a little easier to figure out where to enter Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCD). Maybe title them QCDs instead of just contributions to churches etc.
