The interface has changed from recent years. I don't appreciate or like change and it seemed more difficult to use than in the past. I'd rather the interface not change. There is also a harder sell of services I don't want or need. It's starting to get a bit gimmicky.

Turbo Tax is our favorite tax program. It makes thigs easy, while also explaining what's happening so we feel comfortable that everything has been done correctly. Also, the cost is very reasonable.
