TurboTax 2025 download requires improvement

TurboTax 2025 requires software improvements. Downloaded financial institutions 1099 forms however, the tax return indicated that I still have my IRA and was asking for my RMD. My IRA account was closed at least 10 years ago and I could not delete this information. It also is confusing as to which IRS Code Sections our retirement plans F1099R are covered under. Initially, it di not accept my taxable benefits from my gross benefits on my F1099R from OPM. Why does it require us to enter our financial institution Routing Code and account number twice for our South Carolina tax return?

My issues encountered

I only had two issues while using this year's turbo tax. One was my own fault; I didn't see a place to enter my estimated taxes paid for state income tax in the state portion of Turbo Tax. Finally, went back to where I entered the federal estimated taxes and saw it there below the federal.
The other issue happened when I tried to enter my credit card information to pay for e-filing the state return. I was unable to see the button to continue and enter my credit card information once I had entered my name and address. After checking for an answer online, I was able to use the Tab key and blindly found the right number of tabs to hit the continue key I could not see.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with how TT handled how the process to receive my refund was handled
Using a third party to conduct the transaction is quite disturbing. Just another data base to have my information and possibly mis-handle and wind up in the wrong hands
