Charging hidden fees

You are now charging refund processing fee of $40? and you said my first state filing is free but still charged $25 for one state filing? To a total of $65. first time I'm disappointed with turbo tax

Still frustrating to use

Used web version of turbo tax last year(2024). Used local install (windows) version for filing 2025.
I switched back to the local install because the web version was full of bait and switch pricing. And other lame issues.
No useful documents could be found on Intuits website/portal/account (my account) for tax year 2024. Zero.
Long story short I now have to mail both federal and state instead of E file.

Dude, how many add ons are you going to stop me for? You stopped me AFTER my taxes were filed to ask me if I wanted to sign up for another money pit. This was after I submitted a complaint about you pushing me to the online filing site where I would lose a $10 credit in the small print.

I have used TurboTax for years and one time long ago, I tried another tax program. It fell short of the expectations I have consistently come to expect and appreciate with TurboTax. I understand the need for taxes, though the subject continues to be a necessary living topic, I know I can depend on TurboTax and the Intuit team to ensure I have the tools I need to meet my responsibilities. Thank you all for the excellent work you do to ensure we, the people can be accurately fulfill our obligations. I appreciate the online guidance and the guaranteed result of the documentation provided. TurboTax is easy to follow and provides the features to help remind me of certain things necessary to benefit me the best result.

Home Energy Credit would "NOT" download to main question form. Several contacts to advisors and still would "NOT" carry over .
