Turbo Tax Is Amazing.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. I can follow along and figure out almost everything I need to complete our taxes. If I have a question, I can usually click on the suggestion and figure it out. I will continue to use Turbo Tax because it is easy to do. The helpful guides are wonderful because they explain the situation. Thank you Turbo Tax.

Turbo tax - Incomplete Product

The product has gotten better more user friendly. But tried to do my taxes too early before all updates were included. Did not use live help as all my questions were answered using the (?) function.

Delays in Availability

TurboTax failed to provide the ability to enter my pension income so I could file my last estimated payment prior to the 1/15/26 estimate filing date. This may cost me a penalty for failure to pay sufficient estimate of taxes. In addition, efforts to get email updates defaulted to Form 2903 which had noting to do with entering pension income. Not a very good performance for TurboTax for tax filing year 2025.

I have used your tax software for 21 years and never have had an issue with my filings. Always been easy to use and file. No mistakes have ever been found. I have two computers and when I first tried to download on a system that was using 13.7 the software would not work as the OS had to be newer. So I had to download again on higher OS system.

Turbo-Tax is expensive but makes it easy to complete the forms and file. A 20+ year user.
