Very easy to use. Been using for several years and it's just an easy-to-use app. Importing info from last year makes it easier to start.
Recommendation: Add a button on the expenses front page (where you choose guided or I'll choose) to allow the user to skip this section. For our taxes, we have far too few deductions to consider itemizing and having a simple button to bypass that section would be helpful. (I don't recommend that feature for income since if someone is filling out the info needed, they'd very likely, almost certainly, have income to enter.)

Still pretty good, but one key entry wasn't clear

The section that asks about entering Block 16 (State Distribution) from my 1099R must be explained in more detail in the program. I don't have a block 16 on my 1099R, so I didn't know what to enter. I had to search online to determine to enter my block 2A figure (taxable income).

We've been using TurboTax since 2006 and have NEVER been disappointed. The ease and accuracy have only increased throughout the years. For us there is no other method we trust or will use. We have recommended TurboTax to ALL we know and have discussed tax return with. TurboTax is an OUTSTANDING service!!!
