Desktop version worked better than on-line version

Everything went okay for the most part. I tried to use the "online" version which was fine until I tried to e-file. It would not work. I also could not get a print copy to mail. I used my "desktop" version and it worked fine. (After I re-entered all the previous data).

I have been very satisfied with the products for years. However, this time, I was unpleasantly surprised by the processing fee, as I had been before I hit the submit button to e-file. Not cool. This new fee should have been disclosed upfront.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

My state has no income tax.

Too many ads asking me to purchase your aditional products. Too many windows telling me I need to fill out state taxes and my state has no income tax. One window even stated that I couldn't submit my federal taxes until I finished my state taxes and I had to circle back in order to move forward. Even below, I have to state my state.

Another Year

Another year with a great product! Turbo Tax really helps remove a lot of the stress of tax season and preparation. In all of the years I have used Turbo Tax I have never to date had any issues with the IRS or state filings.
