I have used turbo tax for years i started with a book keeper with my trucking co but then decided id give turbo tax a try and its very simplistic and each year seems to get more n more streamlined very easy and customer support has always been helpful and nice

I get tired of being ripped off and the $40 processing fee is another example of Intuit's subterfuge of extorting money from its customers. I will not be using it in the future.

Software problems

A lot of software problems this year. Beware that Washington does NOT have a state income tax but they're trying to get you to buy it for $40. Something is wrong with programming. It does not feel accurate anymore and that is not good.
