I did not need to use any of the help sections. I have used TurborTax for over 20 years and will continue to do so, as long as I need to file!

Desk Top is the way to go

I had to use the desk top version because the on-line version could not e-file my returns. I have always used the desktop and will not be using the on-line version going forward. Not as user friendly. I had to pay for the state filing by using the desktop while it is free when you use the on-line, which cost me $25.00

Fantastic as ever! I've been a TurboTax user for MANY years.
One minor caveat: you're tending to get too much detailed and maybe over-cautious. Afterwards, I'm very intelligent and can figure things out myself instead of being led by the hand for everything.
