I have used TurboTax to prepare my taxes since 2001 and it has always worked very well for me, and continues to improve each year.

Bring back the CD version!

Easy to work with and a great product, because, when I was rejected, the software guided me through the process of fixing the problem, and now it was excepted.

In past years I rated Turbo Tax a 5. Rated it a 4 for version 2024. I found it a little different and clunky to use. Especially did not like the approach to inputing RMDs. I thought the ask was for total RMD not just for each separate account. The result was multipling my total RMD by 3 times which subjected me to a huge tax penalty.

I have used turbo tax for years i started with a book keeper with my trucking co but then decided id give turbo tax a try and its very simplistic and each year seems to get more n more streamlined very easy and customer support has always been helpful and nice
