THIS IS THE WORST TURBOTAX VERSION I HAVE EVER USED!!!! MULTIPLE GLITCHES IN SOFTWARE, HAD TO UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL THE PROGRAM 3 TIMES DUE TO IT DIDN'T WANT TO EFILE FEDERAL TAX RETURN. IT SAID IT WAS SUCESSFUL, THEN SAID IT FAILED BECAUSE I WAS NOT ELIGIBLE............NOT HAPPY WITH TURBOTAX THIS YEAR. NEVER HAD THESE PROBLEMS BEFORE.

Dissapointing

This year, Turbo Tax was very disappointing. Purchased the disk in early January, but software about critical areas (ie. withdrawels from IRA) was not available until late January. Then, after putting all my information in, came time to e-file and surprise charges ie $40 for a "refund", really upset me. rather than surprises, tt should give upfront fees on the folder so as to inform users BEFORE they make the software purchase.

Form 8283 issue

Overall very satisfied. Did have to contact TT support because we did not itemize the federal return but did have a donation over $500 requiring Form 8283 in the California return where we did itemize. The tech was helpful and suggested importing the form for the state return. However, I found I was not able to do so because I don't have the software for the proper document type. However, on my own I discovered TT help text saying California would not require the form in our situation.

Easy To Use Product

Easy to use. My only frustration was that this product was put on the market weeks ago but key forms were not available until today (two weeks later). I know this is to ensure that the most recent information/forms are available but the product was worthless to me from the time I bought it until today.
