TurboTax state filing payment issue

Using TurboTax to enter my tax information was not difficult but paying for the state filing was difficult when entering my credit card information as it would not allow the year 2025 to be entered. The drop down list began with year 2026 and I was unable to enter the year 2025 manually. Without the help of your excellent TurboTax customer service agent, Joseph, I would not have been able to complete the filing of my 2024 taxes. Joseph was most knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. Thank you

I have used Turbo for many years. Reason I gave a 4 is there appears to be a problem this year with form 8829
line 8. It picked up line 28 from form Schedule C and should have picked up line 29.per the instructions for form

Great product

I've used Turbo Tax for years. It works well. Very accurate. Only one problem this year. I was always being prompted to enter State Tax filing and Washington State does not have a State income tax.

Trouble Printing. For some reason you set the print part for Microsoft. Documents will not print properly because it is changed. That was a bad idea for the users of Turbo. You should remove that recommendation.
