efiling charge misinformation

When I was doing my taxes in February, you told me the new efiling charge was $25 but due to my status as a subscriber (or whatever the term is) I would only be charged the $20 rate. When I filed om Feb 13 you charged me $25
How do you think I might feel about your product because of that?
Actually I have used Turbo Tax for many years and it has generally been helpful. Aside from some glitches in the way you have dealt with calculating IRA RMDs and the difficulty (in a previous year) of filing a return when I had taken the exact same amounts out of 2 of my IRAs (and had to add a penny to one withdrawal and deduct a penny from the other -- then finding out thru your Community Help feature that this was a known glitch and TurboTax had no interest in ficxing it wasnt encouraging).
I expect I will continue to use TurboTax at least for this next year but it's getting to where I might start asking for opinions about other programs.

2022 Tax Return - Late File

I like the ease of using TurboTax, however, I did not get the memo that Its Deductible was going away. Glad I printed when I had the opportunity. It would have been nice for an alternate feature to have been available to calculate charitable donations.
